Abstract:This paper is the third batch enterprises patent strategy research report to Tianjin high-tech Industry Park.
By means of the Five-Forces Mode for industry competition structure and three basic strategies which are suggested by Professor Michael Porter of Harvard Business School in United States, the strategy of enterprises competition was analyzed in this paper. And unit scientific research strength, market situation and prospect are analyzed. The analyses and collections of patent information are carried out by using computer network.
