Abstract: The fouling damage from marine fouling organism to ship and marine concrete structure has become a huge obstacle to human activities at sea. Despite many kinds of antifouling coatings come out one after another, but to seek high-efficient, durable, non-toxic, eco-friendly antifouling coating is still imminent. The CN2000B and CN2000C&D which are produced by ZHONGHE Waterproof Material Co., Ltd. are non-release low surface energy and high pH value coatings. It has achieved excellent antifouling effect at the present.

Foreword
The vast expanse of sea on earth is human’s huge resource treasure-house. However, when we face and walk to the sea, some marine organisms bring troubles to people. Barnacle is a kind of crustacean in sea (Picture 1). Because of its special morphological structure, life history and ecology, it has become one of the main marine fouling organisms. Its adult can neither swim nor crawl. Most of them live in the intertidal zone and adhere to the hard object which is fixed or floating on the sea, such as the body of ships, buoys, piers, net cages and net gears etc.
