Abstract:  Facing the Serious Situation of shortage of fresh water resource, the anti-seepage, anticorrosion engineering carried out in canal is not only the important measures to save water, but also the important countermeasures to maintain the normal operation of canal, eliminate dangerous situation and hidden trouble of the channel base collapsing etc., prevent the secondary salinization of the solid and prolong service life of concrete building for water delivery. ZHONGHE 2000 high-efficient waterproof material has excellent cost performance. It will play a prominent role in “Yindaruqin” project.

Introduction
　　Water resource is the lifeblood of national economy and people life. The fresh water resource of our country is relatively poor. The per capita accounted for fresh water in our country is a quarter of the per capita accounted for fresh water in the world, it is 109th in the world and is one of the 13 poorest water resource countries in the world. The water resources crisis of our country’s northwest district is especially serious. The use ratio of canal water is only below 0.45. It seriously influences the sustainable development of the industry and agriculture production. Therefore, saving water, improving the use ratio of water is one of the important countermeasures to solve the shortage of water resource.
