1 Introductions
　　The total length of Chenjiayan Tunnel on Guangyuan Section of Baocheng Line Down of Chengdu Railway Bureau is 1,924m. It was built in 1996. In recently years, the leakage and penetration of water in this tunnel is very serious. Especially in rainy season, there is many water jet and water gushing phenomenon on the vault place. It is really worth mentioning that there were jet flows on the vault because of the torrential rain on 18th, July 2005. This caused line outage of electric power contact network. This had resulted in great economic losses of road bureau.
